Announce and transfer:
Speak to the person you want to transfer the call to before transferring.
1. Whilst in an active call, click the add call button:
2. The contact search menu will appear. Select a contact from your Contact list, Favourite or Recents. The contact profile will then appear. Tap on the telephone receiver symbol next to the number you would like to call.
4. Once the connection is established and both call partners are displayed next to one another. The profile picture of the caller on hold is displayed with a pause sign:
5. Once you have spoken to the person you wish to transfer the call to, click the transfer button in the bottom left hand corner (circled)
The call will then be transferred over to the selected user. And will disappear off your screen.
Blind Transfer:
Transfer the call without speaking to the person you're transferring to.
1. Whilst in an active call, press the transfer button located near the bottom of your screen:
2. The contact search menu will appear. Select a contact from your Contact list, Favourite or Recents. The contact profile will then appear. Tap on the telephone receiver symbol next to the number you would like to transfer the call to.
3. The call will immediately transfer to the contact/number you have selected and the call will disappear from your screen.
